Programming
I provide programming solutions for all kinds of situations.
Mainly I work with Borland Delphi and Microsoft Visual C++, although I might use other tools if the project demands or if you desire for whatever reason.
Please specify your problem in detail, be precise and objective. Periodically, I will send a detailed report of my work activity to you, to let you keep up with the pace of the project.
I charge per hour or per project, depending on the timeline and project size.

Web Design
I have an extensive experience creating multi layer graphics.
The tools that I normally use are:
- Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7.04 Anniversary edition;
- Jasc Animation Shop 3.04 Anniversary edition;
- Adobe Photoshop 7.0;
- Macromedia Flash MX.
Periodically I will send versions of my work to you to let you follow the progress and make the necessary adjustments before the release of the final version.
All the prototypes will have a watermark for copyright reasons, which will be removed in the final version.
The pricing is within the range $10 to $80 per image, logo or animation, depending on the type of work and urgency.
